About the Role:
WorkPac is seeking an Executive & Property Management Assistant responsible for providing executive-level administrative support to the Managing Director of Hedland Maritime Initiative. This role ensures the timely, efficient, and effective coordination of Property Management activities for HMI. This position holds potential for ongoing opportunities.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist with arrangements for meetings.
Arrange travel requirements.
Sort incoming correspondence including email and prepare outgoing correspondence including records management.
Liaise with and assist people who have business dealings.
Property Management Coordination.
Assist in the negotiation of leases and the administration of property contracts including bond lodgements and disposals.
Skills and Experience:
Demonstrated experience in an executive administration or Property Management role.
Proven problem-solving skills as well as the ability to work with limited supervision and make decisions in an environment with competing priorities and strict deadlines.
Advanced skills using the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and demonstrated experience
with database administration, records management and purchasing systems.
Ability to liaise appropriately with external parties and colleagues
