Executive Recruiting Manager- Delivery

We’re looking for an Executive Recruiting Manager for a delivery role who is inspired to do amazing things. Eco system Over 4,000 people work in Accenture recruiting and onboarding to deliver nearly 200,000 joiners a year.  The Management recruitment function sits in the Global Recruiting COE and this role reports directly to the Global Head of TA.   As such you will have significant impact on our business and TA direction. You will thrive by developing deep partnership networks across our business including Talent Brand, Procurement, I Matters, Talent Strategy and Service Delivery.

Complexity         We own all Management level hiring across 50 plus countries and oversee c$500M worth of investment a year through hiring initiatives.  You will operate across the most senior levels of our organization as a trusted talent acquisition advisor.  Through your guidance your teams will build hyper personalized experiences and solutions to our most pressing and critical TA hurdles .

The work:

  • Develop and execute a compelling talent acquisition strategy for each role that drives competition in the marketplace & creates a platform to be the ‘destination of choice’ for diverse management talent. This includes, defining an attraction & assessment strategy, coaching stakeholders and the success journey (year 1 at Accenture).

  • Talent Advisor to Senior Managing Directors, Managing Directors & HR Partners on the delivery of specific hiring needs.  You will enable the business strategy through talent acquisition and will be able to understand and articulate our business strategy and offerings in a compelling way.

  • Underpin your advisory strategy with role specific intel, data driven insights and drive excellence through continuous improvement and KPI performance.

  • Managing a recruiting P&L of 10- 15 senior management Hires.  Overseeing delivery for investment in the region of $15M+.

  • Directly own delivery of complex and business critical hires including negotiating with both internal and external stakeholders for average executive compensation running to $1M+

  • Use your mastery of our CRM & and ATS systems to provide data driven insights and guide the process to ensure world class experiences for candidates and hiring sponsors.

This is what you’ll bring:

  • In-depth knowledge and demonstrable experience of creating recruitment sourcing strategies and directing on end to end management recruiting delivery in highly matrixed environments.

  • Ability to use business acumen to translate the business and talent strategies into operational approaches driven through a mastery of data & analytical insights and competitor intelligence.

  • Proven track record of managing sourcers and co-ordinators with a focus on experience and efficiency.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills with an ability to build trust, influence and advise our senior management and their direct reports as well as HR management both internally and externally.

  • You’ll have an unending curiosity and an ability to collaborate across TA organizations.

  • Comfort with navigating ambiguity and defining direction and solutions in a fast paced constantly evolving environment.
