Roles we are currently recruiting:
- An experienced Executive Assistant to provide a high level of professional administrative support to the Chairman. You will be comfortable liaising with stakeholders including Senior Management and Board Members and skilled in diary management and the preparation of Board meetings. This is a permanent position, suited to an individual who can thrive in a fast-paced working environment.
- A skilledExecutive Support Officer to offer high quality, confidential assistance to the Executive Director. You will be responsible for preparing meeting agendas, organising documents, and prioritising appointments, correspondence, and phone calls. Our client is a State Government department, seeking a temporary worker with proven experience in the industry.
- A temporary contract for an Executive Assistant who demonstrates an exceptional degree of judgement, initiative, confidentiality, and sensitivity. You will coordinate the management of internal stakeholder calendars, schedule appointments, arrange travel and conduct research, all whilst providing relief to the CEO. Our client is a located in the beautiful Port Douglas.
The Skills You Bring
To excel in these exciting Executive Support opportunities, you should possess a variety of the following skills and qualifications:
- Degree qualification in relevant industry or at least 3 years’ experience in EA role;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with exceptional experience in managing Outlook;
- High level of attention to detail with demonstrated ability to show initiative and creativity in problem solving;
- Advanced organisational and time management skills;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Excellent interpersonal skills and telephone manner;
- Demonstrated experience with complex travel management;
- Ability to work independently and set priorities;
- Demonstrated ability to manage large and varied workload and maintain motivation under pressure;
- Sound reporting and analytical skills.
