• Utilise standardised tests, movement analysis and other assessment tools to identify limitations, set individualized goals and develop a tailored exercise rehabilitation program.
• Develop evidence-based exercise programs tailored to claimant’s specific needs, considering their injuries, medical conditions and work/ADL requirements.
• Implement progressive exercise interventions aimed at improving strength, flexibility, cardiovascular endurance and overall functional capacity for work and ADL.
• Monitor claimant’s progress closely and adjust treatment plans as needed to optimize outcomes and ensure safety.
• Liaise with referring healthcare professionals, insurers, case managers and other stakeholders to coordinate care and facilitate timely rehabilitation and durable return to work.
• Communicate effectively with claimants, educating them about their injury, pain management and self-management strategies to promote active participation in their recovery process.
• Reaching KPIs in terms of mandatory timeframes and billable targets.
