What is the role: 

We have both full-time and part-time roles available based in Wollongong / Sydney. We have an opportunity to offer flexibility and a role that will take you outside the normal four walls, providing you with personal and professional growth. 

At Prescribe, we offer you a blend of personal interactions and treatment influenced, workplace programs. The role will take you out of the treatment room or office and into a variety of workplaces, meeting and helping real people in their environment, plus we have multiple clinics for those interested in keeping their finger on the pulse. 

Our directors will supply comprehensive training on our services and systems, personal mentorship, and a thorough induction to ensure your success. Each day you can expect to engage in a diverse range of activities either onsite at our client locations, or you will be pioneering in the workplace health space, to help us bring new services to life. 

We work with companies ranging from local government, rural mining, manufacturing plants and even helicopter pilots, so if you are looking for some excitement and variety in a role, this is it. 

What your day will include, but not be limited to: 

• Using your unique allied health skill set to empower workers through customised training, treatment, or workshops at their workplace
• Ensuring we stay at the forefront of workplace health innovation and product design
• Early intervention services to address and mitigate potential injuries
• Conducting workplace musculoskeletal assessments
• Engaging with leadership teams to build solutions for their unique needs, ensuring you personally can implement highly effective Injury Prevention strategies. 
• Assisting our clinical teams expand their skill set.

Requirements:

• ESSA Accredited Exercise Physiologist / Exercise Scientist or Registered   Physiotherapist
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and implement Injury Prevention programs
• A commitment to keeping people healthy, safe and injury free
• Willingness to work in dynamic, flexible and variable work settings ranging from industrial, clinical to corporate environments
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Intermittent interstate travel to meet client demands
• Proven experience in Injury Prevention, injury treatment or occupational health would be desired but not necessary.
