Provide practical guidance on improving health, fitness, well-being, and physical performance.
Establish and implement exercise prescription with specific plans for clients/patients.
Conduct supervised 1:1 and group sessions.
Establish, assess and re-assess client goals to achieve the best outcome.
Provide consultation and guidance for athletes or clients with sporting/fitness goals to reach peak performance and recover from injury.
Deliver strength assessments and movement analysis.
Complete other associated administrative duties as required.
