Exercise Scientist

REDiMED is a prominent, Western Australian, healthcare organisation providing uniquely comprehensive injury management, general medical and corporate health services throughout the State.

Utilising our established clinics throughout metro Western Australia, the REDiMED team is able to offer the skills and services of expert, Surgeons, General Practitioners, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Exercise Physiologists, Nurses, Medico-Legal Advisors and an all-inclusive Clerical Medical Support Team.

For the role of Exercise Scientist, we have full-time and part-time opportunities available, across all of our locations including - 

• Joondalup 
• Belmont
• Rockingham 
• Bibra Lake 
• Perth 
• Midland

Graduate or Graduating Exercise Scientists are welcome to apply.

• Conduct medical screenings including, audiometry, spirometry, drug screening and functional capacity testing (all training will be provided).
• Undertake fitness for work assessments.
• Liaise with key stakeholders including doctors, allied health professionals and, case and injury managers.

• A tertiary qualification in Exercise Science or Graduating Degree in 2023.
• Ability to attain Accreditation in Exercise Science with Exercise and Sport Science Australia (ESSA). 
• An interest in pursuing a career in Occupational Health.
• Professional and engaging communication skills; articulate and able to converse with people from all walks of life.
• A patient-focused approach, with care at the centre of everything you do.
• Current and valid driver's licence with your own means of transportation
