About the Role
We seek a reputable Coordinator to join our team. An applicant's responsibilities will involve coordinating the Brisbane Motor Museum’s exhibits.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Engaging with customers
- Designing the Museum’s rotating exhibits (every 2-3 months)
- Procuring and coordinating exhibitors
- Creating the exhibits, including
- Positioning vehicles
- Creating display boards and vehicle displays
- Positioning lights and lighting
- Designing exhibit posters
- Generally marketing the Museum, including the Museum’s cafe, exhibits and functions.
- Engaging with clubs and enthusiasts groups on the Museum’s behalf
- Attending motoring events to engage with clubs and groups on the Museum’s behalf
- Social media marketing
- Assisting with bookings & inquiries
- Assisting with the general operation of the Museum
- Ensure the tidiness and presentation of the venue
Applicant's Requirements
- Passion for cars
- Social media experience
- Manager/supervisor experience
- Availability to work week days with occasional weekends
- Focused on improving quality & presentation
- Driver's license
- Highly developed research, written and oral communication skills.
- Organisational and administrative skills. Including managing multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities.
- Well-developed computer literacy skills.
