We provide customer with the tastiest and finest quality seafoodWe are looking for an energetic and motivated chefs/cooks, experienced in seafood cuisine for our famous and busy restaurant.Ability to doChef:1. Creating new dishes, develop and plan the menu, create daily and weekly or seasonal specials
2. Preparing, cooking and seasoning food according to standardised menu,
3. Monitoring quality of dishes at all stages including food presentation, create preparation list, maintaining standards for food storage.
4. Demonstrating cooking techniques &taking diners' requests and dietary requirements into consideration, manage food costing and inventory, estimating food and labour costs, and ordering food supplies
5. Lead, mentor and mange kitchen team members and coordination kitchen operation to build business together
6. Make sure staffs are following compliance with applicable health code & explaining and enforcing hygiene regulationsJob Requirements3 and above years experience in relative field.
A qualification in cookery (AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma (ANZSCO Skill Level 2))
Ability to work both within a team and individually.
The ability to create new dishes/ menu.
Knowledge of safe seafood handling practices and OHS requirementsWe are situated within easy access to trains and busses and surrounded by all the shops and services.
