Your New Role
This is a Part time / Job Share role (.6)
The Retirement Experience Manager is responsible for driving enhancements in the retirement experience to achieve the our value stream objectives.
Leading delivery and execution of initiatives to discover, design, develop, deliver, and optimise new and existing retirement experiences.
You will work with the Head of Retirement and Retirement Experience Lead / product owner to develop and implement retirement propositions.
How do you exceed our expectations?

- You will have a strong understanding of customer experience frameworks and design principles and marketing processes.
- Deep understanding of financial advice and superannuation regulatory environments.
- Understanding of agile practices, methodologies, and execution.
- The ability to navigate ambiguity, develop strong relationships and build trust and rapport with internal senior stakeholders.
- Proven experience in uplifting customer experience and delivering cross functional strategic initiatives to impact on OKR's.
- Proven experience in successfully delivering initiatives collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
- You are balanced in accepting risk in any decision you face. You are curious to understand risk context and choose to speak up as we simplify, learn and grow.
