Our Bambini Early Learning Centre located on Centre Rd in Brighton East, is now seeking a qualified Early Childhood Teacher to join our village on a full time basis in our 12 place 4 Year Old Kinder classroom.
Withinour service, we endeavor to showcase a warm and nurturing learning environment, fostering, guiding and developing educator and family understanding around play based learning and promoting inspiring learning opportunities for children aged birth to 5 years.

The Early Childhood Teacher role within Bambini is an influential position that is inspiring to children and extends on knowledge, practice and pedagogy to provide high quality care to children and families within the education sector.
As an Early Childhood Teacherat a Bambini Early Learning Centre, you will confidently lead and mentor staff while supporting and driving pedagogical practices that are aligned to approved learning frameworks early learning philosophy, organisational purpose, values, policies and procedures.
About you:
You will:
- Possess demonstrated experience in a similar Early Learning environment.
- Have excellent communication skills and ability to relate effectively to children, staff, parents and community members.
- Show a passion for Early Childhood Education and Care.
- Be a motivated and driven Educator, who will actively contribute to the program, through detailed observations & documentation.
- Hold a current First Aid Cert, Anaphylaxis and Asthma training.
- Hold a current full registration VIT.
- Posses a strong level of communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with the children and families and other team members.
- Be proactive in advocating for children's rights.
- Be an inspiring leader and positive role model.
- Hold values to empower children, families and our community.
- Have a strong understanding of EYLF (Early Years Learning Framework), VEYLDF (Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework) and the NQS (National Quality Standards).
Your credentials:
- A Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or equivalent, or working towards).
- Have a sound knowledge of and experience with implementing the Early Years Learning Framework, Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework, National Quality Standards and Child Safety Standards.
- Current Full Registration VIT registration.
- Current Level 2 First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma Certificate.
