Form of workRandstad are currently seeking Experienced and Junior Roof Plumbers to join our team on a contract basis, These particular roles will transition to full time employment for the right candidates. Due to fast growth our clients are looking for multiple people to join the team, These roles are based in Hobart and surrounding areas and will have overtime and allowances included. This role would suit experienced Roof Plumbers or candidates who are looking to step into a roof plumbing qualification.
Experienced daily duties include:
- Maintaining, installation, repairing and fabrication of roof sheets, flashing, cladding, gutters etc
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans
- Liaise with team and management to complete jobs on time and within budget Junior daily duties:
- Assist trades people on site
- Learning to use hand and power tools
- Showing enthusiasm and willingness to learn about roof plumbing trade
What you will need to succeed:
- Relevant qualification, demonstrated experience or keen interest in roof plumbing
- Valid and current drivers licence and reliable mode of transport
- Confined spaces, working at heights, high risk work licences and white cards
- Ability to work by yourself or in a team
- Understanding of technical drawings and plans
