Looking for an Experienced Barista to make coffee in the morning 7 days a week(multiple positions). A passion for beer, wine and whiskey would be an advantage however training will be provided if someone multi-skilled is successful. A fun, relaxed team based working environment with some roster flexibility.
YOU WILL:
- Greet customers in a professional friendly manner
- As a barista be a morning person; shifts 8am-Noon. Some potential for other hours once established.
- As a Cellar door/bar staff member, learn and share knowledge of the Tasmanian East Coast wine region, its characters and produce
- Maintain a clean and neat workplace for staff and customers alike.
- Operate an electronic POS system and manage money during shifts.
- work in a small team but mostly alone
- operate within the workplace Covid & Safety Plan
CAN YOU :
- demonstrate high level barista skills, sales and customer service skills
- prioritise and adapt under pressure
- interact confidently with a diverse range of customers
- be part of a small energetic and dedicated team
- show a casual, professional and efficient sales focussed customer service and manner
- provide or are willing to undertake to achieve an RSA certificate
ARE YOU:
- experienced with customer service either in tourism, retail or hospitality
- available for flexible working days over a 7 day rolling roster
- able to multi task; clean, serve, chat and be warm and welcoming!
