Our growing office is seeking a Business Development Manager / Leasing Manager to join our team and become a part of Australia's one of the best real estate brands.
The successful candidate is:
- A positive professional, who enjoys working in a team
- Generating Leads through Cold calling, Door knocking, contacting existing portfolio or via building relationships with builders
- Converting office leads into rental leads
- Confidence when making calls to prospective tenants and landlords
- Well-presented and corporately groomed
- An outstanding communicator with excellent time management and negotiation skills
- Able to provide a high level of customer service to both tenants and landlords
- An Agents Representative who holds a current certificate, driver's license, and owned car
- Able to work well with set KPIs and be customer service-focused

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Base Salary + Commissions
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Rotating Weekend availability
Supplemental pay types:

Experience:
- Property management: 3 years (Preferred)
- BDM Role 1 Year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Current Certificate of Registration (Real Estate)
- Driver Licence (Preferred)
Work Authorisation:
- Australia (Preferred)
