ABOUT YOU |
We are looking for a personable and vibrant Lash, Brow and Skin Therapist with a beautiful personality who desires to be a part of a high-vibe, progressive environment where you are nurtured to thrive, whilst working on your passion. You must have impeccable attention to detail, an eye for design, have a bubbly yet calming nature, adapt to change well, and love making friends with the best clients in Brisbane.
Experience is required for this position but we will provide updated training across all our services. You'll be working under the mentorship of Mariana Fataccioli, Young Brisbane Entrepreneur of the Year Finalist 2020, 2021 & 2022, awarded Anthill's 30 Under 30, 6th in the World Victiores du Regard Eyelash Extension Championships 2019 and quickly becoming one of Brisbane's most recognised Brow Stylists after being one of few Australians to have trained hands on with the Kardashians' Brow Stylist, Kelley Baker.
QUALIFICATIONS // BACKGROUND |
We are hiring based on talent, work ethic and personality, it is important that you fit the culture we are trying to create and preserve no only within our team, but clients as well.
You must have a Diploma of Beauty Therapy or experience within a salon environment of at least 2 years.
Background in Makeup is not necessary but of an advantage. A background in high-end customer service (retail or hospitality) and sales is HIGHLY desired.
THE ROLE |
While the position will remain constant, our ideal candidate will be a natural intra-preneur who's initiative will lead them to organically make the role their own by taking on other responsibilities that play to their strengths. Being a part of the daily grind means you'll always have your finger on the pulse, which will inspire fresh ideas which we welcome you to voice on how we can improve the day to day of the business.
The main responsibilities you'll be focused on will be:

✨High-End Customer Service
✨Lash Lifts
✨Henna Brows
✨Brow Lamination
✨Skin Treatments (Facials, Peels, Dermaplaning, Skin Needling)
Our business is centred around making life easy for our clients which is why we offer extensive hours. This position will include weeknights and weekends with a set roster. We are currently advertising this as a casual position starting with 20 hours/week however for the right person, this will quickly evolve into a full-time employment if desired.
Work hours for this position will start with
Thursday 12pm - 8pm
Friday 3pm - 7pm
Saturday 9am - 5pm
more hours are available if you are able to work between our two salons; Greenslopes and Sinnamon Park.
