Experienced Boat Broker

We are looking for an experienced & motivated Boat Broker to join the team at Australian Marine Sales . 

To be located at our new location at the Sydney Boathouse in Rozelle. 

Must have minimum 3-4 years brokerage & sales experience.

The right candidate will have a good understanding & passion for the boating lifestyle and preferable solid marine industry knowledge .

Have excellent presentation & communication skills as will as the ability to work independently with a pro active attitude and also be a team player .

Retainer based opportunity plus generous commission percentage with great incentives & positive support network which offers unlimited income potential.

Not only to sell brokerage boats but we have a great opportunity to also sell marine based key products which you get to gain 50% commission on also. A great add on opporutunity.

• We also have a line of products which we supply and install via our in house technicians in which you gain commision based on selling to clients. 
• A generous up to 60% commission rate to you on boat sales. 

Your duties will include but not be limited to: 

• sourcing/securing/managing vessel listings on and offsite
• liasing with clientele & daily follow-ups via phone or email
• conducting vessel presentations for clients
• skillfully negotiating contract agreements
• preparing client sale documentation
• networking/collaborating with our industry partners.

To be successful in this role, you will need the following:

• Full Australian working rights essential
• minimum 2-3 years brokerage experience. 
• Highly developed customer service, interpersonal & communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously or within a small team
• Computer skills
