An immediate start available to a qualified Knife hand with experience in an Abattoir.
Monday to Friday Day Shift only. No weekends.
We are looking for:
- Experienced raw meat Knife Hands/Boners/Skinner/Slicer
- Experience in a fast-paced production line environment.
- Casual position
- Physically fit and happy to do repetitive work.
- Sound knowledge of all aspects of food safety and hygiene
- Attention to detail.
- Reliability
- Be a team player with good communication skills.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Keeping the line going in fast paced factory production
- Cutting, boning fresh Kangaroo meat
- Keeping your personal workspace clean
- Comply with Quality assurance procedures, GMP and HACCP
