Experienced CNC Plasma Machine Operators & Assistants

Cronos Steel is a steel processing business specialising in plasma and oxy cutting of steel plates.  Cronos Steel is looking to increase their processing capacity at their site in Meadowbrook.

An opportunity exists for an experienced Plasma Machine Operators and an Operator Assistants.

The main functions of this position include the operation of CNC Plasma Machines and to complete/pack the orders ready for dispatch.

Previous plasma and oxy cutting experience would be an advantage.  This position will also involve warehousing and distribution of steel products using overhead cranes and forklifts.

Applicants for Plasma Machine Operator must have:

• CNC Plasma and Oxy cutting machine operation experience
• Experience working in an engineering or fabrication workshop environment
• Overhead crane experience
• Current forklift license

Applicants for Assistants Position:

• Experience working in an engineering or fabrication workshop environment would be an advantage.
• Training will be provided
