Experienced Concreters/Labourers

JV Recruitment currently have an increase in demand for concreters of all skill levels, from concrete labourers to qualified concreters. These roles are in various locations across the inner-city suburbs of Melbourne.

Our clients have recently had a number of jobs arise for labourers experienced in working with concrete, from jackhammering, concrete repairs to finish and rendering.  
 
If you are looking to enhance your career in concreting these roles are perfect for getting your foot in the door with huge opportunities for progression as well as guaranteed overtime if you desire.

For the right candidate, work will be ongoing with extensive opportunities for overtime paid at overtime rates with the high majority of our candidates progressing into full time roles.
 
These are immediate start positions. You could be working on-site from tomorrow.

ON OFFER:

• $34-$50 (experience dependent) per hour + super + coinvest
• Meal allowance included (over 9.5 hours on a shift)
• Additional Travel allowance ($21.19 per day)
• Time and a half and double-time rates paid for overtime
• On-going roles

 
 
ROLE DUTIES:

Duties can vary dependent on the stage of the project; it could range from the removal of existing structure to the pouring and finishing of new structures.
 
Job duties will be outlined when being offered a role, no candidate will be sent to a job without a detailed explanation of what will be expected of them on site.

Key requirements needed to apply:

• White Card 
• Full Australian work Rights
• Must be able to work well within a team environment.
• Minimum 12 months construction experience (concrete experience essential)
• Full PPE
• Own reliable transport is desirable but not essential
