As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a skilled Fire Services Plumber to join our dynamic team.- Install, maintain, and repair fire protection systems, including fire sprinkler systems, fire hydrants, fire hoses, and fire suppression systems, in commercial buildings.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other tradespeople to coordinate the installation and integration of fire protection systems with HVAC and other building systems.
- Conduct regular inspections and testing of fire protection systems to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Perform maintenance tasks and repairs on fire protection systems to ensure optimal functionality and reliability.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, repairs, and other maintenance activities in compliance with industry regulations and company policies.SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- At least 3 years of proven experience as a Fire Services Plumber or similar role, with a strong background in installing, maintaining, and repairing fire protection systems in commercial buildings.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications related to fire protection systems.
- Knowledge of relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards governing the design, installation, and maintenance of fire protection systems.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve issues with fire protection systems in a timely and efficient manner.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with project teams and other tradespeople.
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in plumbing, fire protection, or related fields are highly desirable.BENEFITS
