The Opportunity

We are expanding our team at Mike Carney Toyota and as such we requiring three experienced Contact Centre staff with an immediate start.

We are looking for 3 motivated experienced individuals, who are looking to come and join a great team or change to a career in the Automotive Industry or have experience in a similar call centre role.  You will have a strong work ethic, great interpersonal skills, and a willingness to learn. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for assisting our customer activities including all inbound service booking, data integrity and dealerships’ maintenance reminder activity, to ensure customers receive the highest quality service to exceed expectations.  

Key Job Function & Accountabilities

The role is to enhance the customers experience at Mike Carney Toyota, through phone and email.  The following attributes and duties are bound to this role:

  • Be reliable.
  • Answer all incoming calls
  • Advising customers
  • Complete follow up outbound calls to customers
  • Invoice preparation
  • Maintain a booking system
  • Provide cost estimates with a view to up selling complementary services
  • Interpreting customer needs and matching them to suitable products
  • Respond to daily emails
  • Meet and exceed daily KPI targets

To be suitable for this position, you will ideally be reliable a team player be experience in a call centre or Contact Centre or similar previous Contact Centre experience preferably in the automotive field.  This role requires some prior experience.  Additional training will be provided to the right candidate.
