Position: Dental Assistant, ongoing employment opportunities!
Salary: $64,344 per annum (inclusive of superannuation), plus salary packaging benefits, earning you up to $67,443 per annum total package value!
Location: Royal Dental Hospital Melbourne,720 Swanton Street, Carlton VIC 3053
Schedule: 4-day working week, with 1 day dedicated to study, onsite. Part-time employment options may be negotiated once you have completed the Certificate III qualification.
Certification: Certificate III in Dental Assisting through Chisholm Institute.
Course duration: 6 month accelerated Cert III qualification. Recognised Prior Learning (RPL) may be available for eligible students to accelerate course completion even further!

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Dental Assistant.
- Passion for public health and improving community dental care,
- A passion for developing a career as a Dental Assistant in the public oral health sector.
Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities will include:
- Clinical chair-side assisting with a Dentist, Registrar, Postgraduate or Specialist on clinic as well as Theatre.
- Preparing, maintaining, and managing the clinical environment, including equipment, materials, and instruments, in line with the treatment plan.
- Dedicating a day to studying a Certificate III in Dental Assisting.
