As a part-time team member, you'll be scheduled to work Tuesday through Friday, freeing up your evenings and weekends for relaxation.
Located conveniently on Brunswick Road, our practice has been an integral part of the community for over 20 years. Situated near a train station and featuring staff car parking, commuting to work is hassle-free. Our dentists take pride in delivering exceptional dental care with a warm and welcoming approach, ensuring every patient feels valued and cared for.
The Opportunity:
- Preparing treatment rooms and sterilising dental instruments.
- Providing chairside assistance to dentists and hygienists, including instrument handling, X-ray assistance, and ensuring patient comfort.
- Managing patient records and updating electronic medical files.
- Welcoming and registering patients, scheduling appointments, and handling phone inquiries.
- Coordinating patient flow in the reception area.
- Assisting with billing and processing insurance claims.
- Delivering exceptional customer service and addressing patient questions and concerns.
Our successful candidate:
- Experience and knowledge of dental procedures and terminology.
- A Certificate III in Dental Assisting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking capabilities.
- Proficiency in computer systems and dental software.
- A commitment to upholding patient confidentiality and privacy.
