AddressWe are seeking a dedicated and adaptable Experienced Farm Hand to join our team, working across our farming operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a diverse and hands-on environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating a range of machinery including Massey Ferguson and New Holland tractors, Claas and Massey Ferguson balers, New Holland self-propelled windrower and header, tug along boom spray, Telehandlers, and spreaders.
- Driving automatic Volvo trucks, B-double side tippers, and drop deck hay trailers.
- Conducting maintenance and repairs on all machinery, ensuring optimal performance.
- Participating in all aspects of our broadacre cropping program.
- Flexibility to work across different areas on the farm as needed.
- Experience in machinery operation, GPS, repairs, and maintenance.
- Mechanical aptitude or engineering background highly regarded.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Truck licence would be an advantage.
- Based near Nagambie, Victoria, with easy access to Shepparton, Seymour, Avenel and Rushworth.
