Experienced FIFO Chefs

Unite Resourcing are seeking EXPERIENCED FIFO Mining Camp CHEFS for work at various mining camps in the Goldfields & Pilbara regions.

Unite Resourcing has been engaged by our renowned Client to source Experienced Chefs for multiple mining camps based in regional Western Australia.
We are looking for experienced FIFO Chefs who have proven experience in production/bulk cooking in mining camps, willing to work a combination of dayshift and nightshift, working 1 -2 weeks away at a time. The positions are fly-in fly-out from Perth only.
To be successful in the role, you should be able to successfully undergo and pass the following:

• Ability to pass comprehensive pre-employment medical and regular drug screens
• Ability to complete our internal registration & induction
• Ability to pass our client's site entry inductions

The role will also require previous experience in the following:

• Proven experience in production/bulk cooking in a mining camp (minimum 6 months)
• Ability to follow menu cards and use your initiative to improvise when required
• Adaptable and being flexible in busy kitchens
• Must be confident working solo and in teams

Tickets & Licenses:

• Australian Certificate III or IV Commercial Cookery (or equivalent Australian trade)
• Safe Food Handling Certificate (advantageous)
• National Police Clearance (within 6 months)

Successful candidates will receive:
