Role Requirements:
Proven experience in installing various types of flooring materials (hardwood, laminate, hybrid, etc.).
Ability to interpret floorplans, drawings, and specifications to determine layout and installation requirements.
Proficiency in using relevant tools and equipment for floor preparation and installation.
Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Measure and cut flooring materials to fit specific dimensions and floor layouts.
Prepare subfloors by cleaning, leveling, and installing underlayment materials as needed.
