Experienced Leasing Officer

Due to continued growth, Adelaide Property Brokers are seeking an experienced Leasing Agent.

Our ideal candidate will have a minimum 2 years' Real Estate experience. You will be an excellent communicator, have a strong work ethic, be service-driven and strive to excel in gaining the best possible outcomes with and from your team.

Working from our Woodville West office, you will have the support of business owners and senior office members to help advise, guide and mentor you in the way you see most efficient and effective to provide superior service.

About the role
 

• Conducting thorough & detailed property routine inspection reports all easily conducted on a mobile app.
• Conduct entry and exit residential property reports.
• Follow established procedures and protocols for report efficiency and accuracy.
• Working with the BDM to prepare advertisements for rental properties.
• Showing properties for lease to potential tenants.
• Processing tenancy applications.
• Assisting potential tenants in sourcing suitable rental properties.
• Working to ensure that vacancy rates are kept to a minimum.

The Criteria

• Property management licence.
• Experience in similar leasing role.
• Outstanding time management and initiative to juggle multiple appointments.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in real estate is essential.
• Experience using Property Me software & Inspection Express.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work both in a team environment and independently.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to changes in schedule.
• Excellent customer service & communication skills
• Police clearance
• Desire to be the best and continually raise the benchmark!
