Experienced Painter - Domestic And Commercial

Programmed Property Services are looking to offer an opportunity within their Darwin team. Whether you are just starting in your Painting career or have a few years under your belt, this may be the chance to solidify your career with a leading National service provider.

Our Painters are responsible for the timely preparation and painting of nominated customer sites to a high quality as per the directions of the Foreperson. A Painter also supports the team to deliver projects safely within the budgeted parameters (hours, materials and quality) and always endeavours to ensure that the job is completed to the customer's satisfaction under the direction of the Foreperson.

Key Responsibilities

• Application generally by brush and roller to exterior and interior building surfaces
• Prepare painting surfaces for painting by washing, scraping, filling of cracks and flushing
• Patchwork and minor repairs
• Follow established safety rules and regulations and maintain a safe and clean environment

About You

To join our team, you will be an experienced Painter who has previously worked in a domestic or commercial environment with a passion for providing quality work and a strong commitment to the safety of yourself and others. Additionally, you will have:

• Trade qualification in painting and decorating or 4+ years experience within the industry.
• Current driver's license
• EWP ticket is highly desirable however not a deal breaker without it.
• Demonstrate a professional approach in the workplace.
• Excellent customer service skills
• Execute work that is of a high standard.
• Ability to work in with a team or independently.
• Current Ochre card required or the willingness to apply.
