About the role:
We are seeking an Experienced Pharmacy Assistant or Intern Pharmacist to join our ever-growing Good Price Pharmacy Warehouse Baldivis. This is a 12-month contract to cover maternity leave with a possibility for extension.
Reporting to a supportive management team, you will provide service and assistance to customers at the front and back of shop.
We are part of a wide network of Good Price Pharmacies, and with this comes the chance to work alongside experienced industry professionals. Roster will be Tuesday to Saturday.
Duties:
- Provide service and complete sales in the scheduled medicines area and front of shop;
- Dispensing experience is highly regarded;
- Assist with prescription procedures;
- Provide non-therapeutic advice and recommendations;
- Work with the team to assist in the delivery of pharmacy services;
- Manage expectations of our valuable customers.
Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience as a Pharmacy Assistant is preferable;
- S2/S3 medication experience is highly regarded;
- Willingness to learn and grow within the business;
- Eftpos, point of sale and cash handling experience essential;
- Strong communication and customer service skills;
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
