The Role
Culture is a key part of the Wizard Brand, we aim to inspire a culture of success, and as a Pharmacy Assistant at Wizard, you will be front and centre delivering exceptional service every day while continuing to develop core skills in communication and teamwork
Key responsibilities of this role include:
- Work with an experienced pharmacist and pharmacy team to promote traditional and complimentary health products and services
- Engage with customers to deliver a consistent excellence level patient and customer experience
- Be supported to engage with customers on Wizard’s products and services in a personalised individual manner
- Support team in all brand initiatives such as our Wizard Rewards program and affiliates.
- Be part of a positive culture and workplace environment
- Provide continuous support across the entire pharmacy including dispensary, over-the counter medicines, nutrition and retail areas.
- Focus on attention to detail and deliver a high standard of presentation of the pharmacy. Work with team in maintaining the merchandise and pharmacy appearance.
Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours
- Pharmacy experience is desirable but not essential.
- S2/S3 certificate and OTC experience is also desirable
- Certificate II or III in community pharmacy will be looked upon favourably.
- Committed to ongoing personal and professional development
- Retail and sales experience is advantageous
- Strong and effective communication skills
- High attention to detail
- You must have the right to live and work in Australia to apply for this job
