The role

We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated, Experienced Pharmacy / Dispensary Technician on a full-time basis. The successful applicant will play a key role within our team, and undertake a range of duties including: 

• Working in the front of shop to assist our customers through professional advice, providing a caring and informed service.
• Dispensing
• Ordering and Maintaining Dispensary stock
• Stocktaking and Inventory activities
• Webster Packing and medication changes 
• Other day-to-day tasks associated with serving the health needs of our community. 

Skills and experience 

• Previous experience in similar role in a community pharmacy is essential. 
• Experience in FRED Dispense, Medadvisor and E-scripts highly regarded,
• Experience in stock management, replenishment and experience in using point of sale (POS) software.
• Sound knowledge of general pharmacy products.
• Committed to excellent customer service with a proactive approach and a can-do attitude.
• Dedicated work ethic and a strong team player.
• Multi-tasking and ability to work in a high pace environment.
• Attention to detail and Accuracy.
• Ability to organise priorities and demands and follow instructions.
• Sound computer literacy and capacity to learn new programmes.
• Driver License
