SalaryOur client is a well-established and respected private practice currently seeking an experienced Physiotherapist who would be willing to take on a leadership role and effectively manage a team of qualified physiotherapists.The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, providing guidance and support to the team while ensuring the highest standards of patient care and service delivery are maintained.
- Assessing and diagnosing musculoskeletal conditions and injuries.
- Creating and implementing individualised treatment plans.
- Providing hands-on therapy, exercises, and manual techniques to improve function and mobility.
- Educating and empowering patients on self-management strategies for long-term well-being.
- Working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy.
- Current registration with AHPRA.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a physiotherapist.
- Experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy.
- Strong clinical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
