In short, your job is to operate hydraulic excavators, loaders, rollers and final trim equipment in a safe working environment with the aim to delight our clients and the people we work with… oh and to have fun at work (who wants a job that isn’t fun?!?).
We’re Ceecorp, we pride ourselves of being at the forefront of technology that allows us to deliver outstanding results for our clients and we are looking for an experienced earthworks and/or demolition plant operator with a minimum of 2 years’ experience and a proven track record.
We expect professionalism and punctuality, along with technical skill, energy, and a get it done attitude. You will be working with our highly motivated team and will be at the forefront of the initial customer experience for the business.

But if you prefer compensation (and we totally get it…we prefer getting paid as well) we offer extremely competitive hourly and overtime rates based on experience. You will also be supported to undertake further training and develop your skill set. We are looking for people who want to grow with and within our team. The successful Superstar must have a current Driver’s Licence, access to a reliable car and appropriate licences/ white card etc. As some of our projects are for schools, a current working with children check is also required.
