Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of plumbing experience as a qualified plumber (candidate with no experience will not be considered)
- C Class Driver's license
- High-level knowledge of plumbing work, which must be to Australian Standards
- Ability to follow maintenance processes, completing company workflows, forms, and documents
- Attention to detail and ability to work unsupervised
- Knowledge of WHS and safe work methods
- Support our team to complete our projects quickly, to a high standard

- Can work 8 hours per day, 5 days per week i.e. Monday to Friday

Location:
- Our head office and warehouse are in Petersham, Sydney NSW.
- Duties will need to be performed across Sydney, however, the majority of our work is based in the inner west and eastern suburbs.
Tasks that will need to be done:
- Respond to all service, maintenance, and job requests promptly
- Residential and Commercial Real Estate maintenance and repairs
- General plumbing maintenance
- General handyman and maintenance tasks associated with residential properties (houses, units, buildings)
- Coordinate, troubleshoot, repair, inspect & maintain Plumbing equipment
- Performing preventative maintenance inspections & repairs to facilities
- Installation of new Plumbing fixtures
- Experience with water jets and CCTV Cameras to resolve blockages
- Diagnose plumbing, drainage, and gas issues
- Fault diagnosing.
- Repairs, replacement, and maintenance of hot water systems
- Leak detection and pipe locating
- Assess plumbing, drainage, and gas installations
- Regular and minor maintenance works
- Ordering materials, organise quotations on larger repairs
