Key responsibilities
Project leading from early concept phase, through to delivery
Design collaboration with the existing talented team
Lead projects autonomously and inspire small teams
Maintain and establish client, consultant and builder relationships
Generate presentation and well curated documentation output
Bring your extensive understanding of the latest products and materials underpinned by sustainability principles
Strive for excellence and best design outcomes
Skills and experience
Architectural Registration in Australia (preferably)
10+years architectural experience
Showcase exceptional leadership skills
Progressive in your thinking and seek inspiration across disciplines
Proven record of seeing projects through design to construction
Proficiency in ArchiCAD is preferred (will support upskill if required)
SketchUp, Rhino and computational modelling skills would be favourable
Strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to liaise with authorities, clients and consultants
Ability to manage multiple project concurrently
Great eye for detail and design excellence is forefront
