3+ years experience
A Real Estate Reps Licence
Long term commitment.

Your duties will include;
•Manage portfolio
•Liaising with both tenants and landlords
•Leasing properties and reference checks
•Attending routine inspections
•Ingoing & outgoing inspections
•Attending tribunal when required
•Organising repairs & maintenance
•1 in 4 Saturdays
