Experienced Roll Form Machine Operator

We are currently seeking a number of experienced Roll FormMachine Operatorsto join a leading manufacturer and supplier of road safety barriers such as bollards and guard rails. Based in Minto, these positions are for an immediate start working on afternoon shift12.30pm- 8.30pm, Monday to Friday, Paying $35 per hour.

As part of the team you will be involved in, however not limited to;

• Operating various steel Roll Form Machines
• Completing pre-starts and compliance checks
• Set up, maintenance and trouble shooting of machines
• Loading and unloading of machines
• Quality control and checks of finished products
• General manufacturing duties
• Collaborating with the team to ensure smooth workflow
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace

To be successful in this position you must have the following;

• Previous experience/knowledge in steel manufacturing or production
• High attention to detail and problem solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Overhead Crane/ Gantry Crane experience highly desirable, but not essential
• Strong focus on safety
• Physically fit
• Willing and able to complete a Police check
• Reliable and ability to commit Monday to Friday
