Experienced Senior Audio Visualler Installers

AV Installers required.

We are currently looking for a number of AV Installers to join our team based out of the Sydney Branch, NSW, Australia. Experience with AV Installation preferred as we have a huge amount or work to do! Full-time positions with over-time available if you want it!

Knowledge of or ability to complete the following (or at least most of it) is an advantage:

• Rough-in, fit-off, and testing of various AV systems including wiring terminations and AV racks
• Maintenance of installed AV systems including troubleshooting, line testing, and fixing faults
• Ability to read AV detailed design documentation and liaise with the project team thoroughly for any required information
• Prepare for any scheduled project in advance and compile a list of required items needed to complete the installation e.g. patch cords, connectors, plates, and any other miscellaneous items
• Communicate effectively with the entire ELB team, covering all the deliverables starting from the project initiation phase up to the project completion phase 
• Provide mark-ups of AV documentation as part of project completion and liaise with the engineering team to complete as-builts, equipment register including serial numbers, MAC addresses, and field data port numbers
• Follow company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

Experience in the Audio Visual Industry installing professional AV & VC systems, visual displays, video walls, audio DSP based systems, control systems, sound reinforcement systems, IPTV/MATV, professional audio, AV distribution, projection technologies, AV control systems is desirable. Applications from candidates beginning in the AV Industry are also welcome. Salary will be commensurate Cabling experience is a definite plus, as is an electrical background.

• Manual driver license
• Construction Industry White Card, or willingness to obtain, is mandatory
• Must be able to provide or obtain Police Check and Working With Children Check (for work within schools)
• Proven ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively with teams
• Time-efficient and has the capability to prioritize tasks seamlessly 
• EWP license preferred 
• Experienced with battery-operated power tools, hand tools, and working at heights
• Strong attention to details
