As the National Sales Manager, you will spearhead the National Sales strategy, driving growth and expanding the market share of our client. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in surpassing sales targets and fostering meaningful relationships with key stakeholders across the agricultural sector.Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to accommodate national goals.
• Lead, mentor, and enhance the sales team fostering a culture of success and accountability.
• Build and maintain robust relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders to ensure a strong market position is maintained and expanded.
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
• Provide accurate reporting on sales performance, forecast, and strategic planning insights to the executive team.

About You

• Proven sales management experience, preferably within the agricultural, intensive animal production, or construction sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to drive the sales process from plan to close with significant results.
• Strong business sense and industry expertise, able to leverage contacts and networks to achieve sales outcomes.
• Exceptional mentoring and coaching experience to lead a high-performing team.
• Strong analytical skills to identify trends and challenges, alongside outstanding negotiation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
