Experienced Spa Manager | Clear Mountain Location

We are looking for an experienced Spa Manager to lead our Stephanies Mountain Spa, Mercure Clear Mountain. 

Are you passionate about spa wellness and love to professionally lead a team while driving key deliverables? If so we would love to hear from you.

To be successful in this position you will need;

• Minimum 2 years experience in a leadership role (spa/beauty preferred)
• Skills in stock management, rostering, leadership, spa software, financial objectives, business management and other operational tasks.
• Support Marketing with Social Media and delivery of Stephanies global marketing plan
• Passionate about our people with a strong focus on training and development
• Confident communicator and enjoys working cohesively and contributes to our incredible spa leadership team
• Directly involved in managing expenses and the management of labour costs
• Maximising revenue opportunities, with proven skills in business growth and development
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a dedicated and passionate team.
• Flexible approach to working hours.
• Hold a Diploma or equivalent in Beauty Therapy (desirable)
• Coordination of all guests and spa team
• You love to engage and connect with guests
• You have impeccable presentation
• You have passion for your career, with a proven track record within luxury environments
• You are a self-motivator and someone who loves continuous improvement
