Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transport Allocator to manage site drops and support our logistics operations for a 3 month contract. This role involves working closely with tele trackers, ensuring accurate timesheets, and handling accounts payable tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage site drops, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
- Assist with tele tracking systems to monitor and optimize transport routes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date timesheets for all transport activities.
- Process accounts payable related to transport logistics.
- Communicate effectively with drivers, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to transport allocations and deliveries.
- Prepare and maintain detailed reports on transport activities and performance.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in transport allocation or a similar logistics role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency with tele tracking systems and software.
- Experience with accounts payable processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
