About us
Coastal Feeds Group is a well-established Waste Transport company based in Murwillumbah and are currently seeking a Transport Allocator / Administrator to join their friendly and professional team. Coastal Feeds specializes in Liquid & Solid Waste removal, We also supply compost & Brewers Grains stockfeed to local farmers within Northern Rivers. This is a full time, permanent position and is available for an immediate start (will wait for notice periods as required).
Qualifications & experience
- Excellent Excel experience
- Good computing skills (MS Office Intermediate)
- Good Communication skills
- Experience as a Transport Allocator is desirable but not essential
- Prepared to learn Compliance within the Waste Transport industry.
- Good time management skills
- Needs to have own transport and current Australian driver's license
- Previous experience working in a small and supportive management team where roles can be blurred
Tasks & responsibilities
- Allocating & Scheduling
- Accurate data Entry
- General office administration to support our team using the Microsoft Office suite
- Assist and manage bookings
- Complete all associated administration generated with bookings
