We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Tyre Fitter for our workshop. The main focus of this role will be to keep our modern fleet of Prime Movers, Light Vehicles, Earthmoving Equipment, and all Tyre and Wheel related responsibilities.
Specific Responsibilities
Directly reporting to, and under the instruction of the Workshop Manager
Maintain Stock and deal directly with suppliers, order tyres, wheels and parts where required.
Maintaining an up-to-date schedule of full fleet tyre and wheel compliance and expiry
Communicate effectively with drivers and plant operators on possible ways to minimise damage and maximise tyre and wheel life.
Essential
Demonstrated experience in all forms of Tyre fitting.
Driver's license
Qualifications and Experience in the Tyre and Wheel Industry for Light and Heavy vehicle.
Good problem-solving skills, ability to work unsupervised and in a team environment.
Experience in maintaining up to date data on fleet and stock information.
Desirable
HR license
Forklift license
Data entry skills
