We are seeking individuals who are passionate about delivering a premium dining experience, possess a solid background in formal hospitality, and have a genuine love for Italian cuisine.
Essential a'Mare Requirements:
Australian working rights
Current NSW RSA certificate
Knowledge of wine and food pairing.
Fluent English language proficiency
Formal hospitality qualifications
At least 2 years of employment experience in a similar role
Positive attitude towards customer service and teamwork
Viewed Favourably:
Experience in gueridon/tableside service
Proficiency in Italian cuisine
