Our Townsville Team are looking for Experienced Window and Door Fabricators to join the team and become an integral part of the manufacturing, and assembly of Bradnam’s products.

About the role

We ae looking for an experienced Fabricator to join the team.

This key role will manufacture and assemble Bradnam’s products including windows, security screens, shower screens and wardrobe doors. Bring to the role some previous experience in either manufacturing or a similar trade, and we will provide you with with full training in the manufacturing our range of products. 

This role includes a significant amount of manual lifting, therefore it is crucial you practice safe manual handling techniques at all times. 

Day shift operations are:

Monday 6.30 am - 3.00 pm / Tuesday to Friday 6.30 am - 2.30 pm

Key responsibilities

  • Cutting and machining product components
  • Assembling Bradnams products
  • Unloading raw materials
  • Assisting with deliveries to customers
  • Communication with customers in a professional manner
  • Using Personal Protective Equipment and Clothing provided to ensure a safe work environment
  • General housekeeping maintenance of the workspace.

About you

  • Willing to relocate yourself to Townsville, Qld
  • Previous experience working with aluminium fabrication or a similar industry would be advantageous but not essential
  • Possess an ability to safely operate hand and power tools is essential
  • Thrive when working as part of an inclusive team 
  • Consistently demonstrate a commitment to safety 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to clearly follow working instructions
  • Enjoy working with process and procedures
