AddressPosition summary: This position is responsible for ensuring the assigned property management crew provide a service consistent with the business mission statement. This position also fulfills a mentoring role to ensure development of other team members. Daily Duties:
• Complete daily scheduled garden maintenance rounds with tasks including mowing, edging, hedge trimming, and pruning
• Maintain a high standard of quality work
• Option to work as a general labourer on landscaping sites for additional hours
Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
- Current manual driver’s license (competent with larger vehicles and trailers advantageous)
- Responsible and mature work attitude with demonstrated ability to be self-motivated and work autonomously
- Demonstrated experience in use of common garden equipment (hand and power tools)
- Demonstrated experience in indigenous weed and plant identification
- Demonstrated experience in care and management of common garden plants Desirable Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
- Relevant horticultural qualification
- Extensive home and extended garden experience
- Recent retail/wholesale nursery experience
- General home maintenance experience Key Selection Criteria:

- 6 months probationary period
