Our intuitive technology and trained comparison experts help our customers to confidently choose the most suitable product from those available from our range of providers. What you do:

Embark on a rewarding sales journey where customer experience takes center stage. What you need:

  • Experience in either call centres, phone-based sales or selling insurance - desirable
  • Demonstrated commitment to providing an outstanding customer experience
  • Strong motivation in meeting and exceeding KPI's
  • You possess resilience and motivation, demonstrating the capability and determination to engage in multiple consecutive outbound sales calls
  • The ability to problem solve and encourage people to make informed decisions
  • Good learning agility to be able to use multiple and sometimes complex computer systems
  • Thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Highly engaged and collaborative, you enjoy being a key member of a high performing team
  • Flexibility to work from home and in the office; you must have a quiet, secure, and private workspace.

Flexible Working Environment:
  • Available to work from home and in our CBD office, Monday to Friday between 8am-8pm (AEST) on a rotating roster
  • Internet: you need to have access to fast and reliable internet connection
  • We will provide you with all the necessary hardware and software including computer, monitor, headset etc
