What you do:

What you need:
- Experience in either call centres, phone-based sales or selling insurance - desirable
- Demonstrated commitment to providing an outstanding customer experience
- Strong motivation in meeting and exceeding KPI's
- You possess resilience and motivation, demonstrating the capability and determination to engage in multiple consecutive outbound sales calls
- The ability to problem solve and encourage people to make informed decisions
- Good learning agility to be able to use multiple and sometimes complex computer systems
- Thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Highly engaged and collaborative, you enjoy being a key member of a high performing team
- Flexibility to work from home and in the office; you must have a quiet, secure, and private workspace.
Flexible Working Environment:
- Available to work from home and in our CBD office, Monday to Friday between 8am-8pm (AEST) on a rotating roster
- Internet: you need to have access to fast and reliable internet connection
- We will provide you with all the necessary hardware and software including computer, monitor, headset etc
