• A passion for people and a genuine interest in listening and responding to the needs of others
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• The physical capability to carry out a range of manual tasks
• Broad shift availability! The more available you are, the more work we can potentially offer you

What requirements are there?

• Be eligible to work in Australia
• Current "C" class Qld driver's licence
• A roadworthy, registered and insured vehicle
• Blue Card and an NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or current Yellow Card )
• National Police check
• A First Aid/CPR Certificate
• Certificate III Individual Support/Aged Care/Disability qualification preferred, but not essential - you can start work without this qualification and obtain it whilst you’re working with us.
• NDIS Worker Orientation Certificate “Quality, Safety and You”

Remuneration:
Our Support Workers are paid at a rate between $29.0625 - $30.2160/hr depending on your qualifications and experience, plus additional penalty rates for weekends, overnights and public holidays.
Sleepover allowances start at $101.30 for a weekday sleepover to $126.63 for a weekend sleepover.
