- Certificate III Individual Support/Aged Care/Disability qualification preferred, but not essential - you can start work without this qualification and obtain it whilst you’re working with us.
- NDIS Worker Orientation Certificate “Quality, Safety and You”
Our Support Workers are paid at a rate between $29.0625 - $30.2160/hr depending on your qualifications and experience, plus additional penalty rates for weekends, overnights and public holidays.
Sleepover allowances start at $101.30 for a weekday sleepover to $126.63 for a weekend sleepover.
