Export Coordinator

Robran International is a leading exporter of Australian meat and food products to more than 30 countries around the world.

We are offering a full time (or near full time) position at our Fullarton SA office. 

Daily working hours may be structured around existing commitments by prior negotiation.

The primary role of the Export Co-ordinator is to assist the team in day to day export operations. Primarily export shipping and documentation.

We require someone with the ability to work as part of a team with dedication to delivering a high level of customer service, excellent communication skills, ability to meet strict deadlines and an eye for detail.  

If you have a can-do attitude and the ability to learn quickly, then this is the role for you. 

On the job training and support will be provided.

Day to day duties include but are not limited to the following:

• Export shipping (air and sea) co-ordination 
• Preparing export and logistics documentation
• Export systems compliance
• Export related data entry and accounting
• General office duties and team support

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and abilities:

• Ability to organise and prioritise
• Ability to work unsupervised in a small office environment
• Strong team player who is not afraid to pitch in when needed
• Competent skills in Microsoft Excel and Word are essential.
• Excellent communication skills and a great phone manner
• Cooperative and supportive nature

Advantageous:

• Previous experience in export documentation, shipping or administration.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and Word skills.
• Some MYOB experience
