This multinational company located in the Henderson area are seeking to appoint an experienced export documentation officer to join their team.
Reporting to the Customer Services Manager and working in a team environment, this position is responsible for the generation of export documentation needed to comply with regulatory requirements of Australian Customs, importing countries and customer specific needs, process transactions for the Sales and Distribution Department, process sales orders, invoice and prepare the necessary business documents (predominately export documentation).
To be considered for this role, candidates must have experience in processing export documentation. Previous experience working with SAP will be highly regarded. The ability to learn new applications quickly are important as well as possessing a can do attitude. An ability to communicate, build and maintain strong relationships with people at all levels is essential. Letter of Credit experience is highly regarded.
